John Burris - SVP, Worldwide Sales & Services, Citrix Systems
John was named SVP, Worldwide Sales and Services in January 2001. He is responsible for revenue generation in each of the geographical regions (North America, Latin America Caribbean, EMEA, Pacific), while overseeing worldwide services and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Previously, he served as Citrix's senior vice president of worldwide customer services. When John joined Citrix in 1999, he brought nearly 20 years of international sales experience with companies including Lucent and AT&T. He directed AT&T's customer service operations in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Washington, D.C., led a successful turnaround of a joint venture in the UK, and served as managing director for AT&T's Asia/Pacific region. At Lucent, John served as vice president and general manager for the Gulf States and Florida zones. He holds a BS in management from Marshall University and an AT&T executive MBA.
