Kevin Kernan
Kevin has nearly 25 years experience in sales, marketing, and general management positions in the software industry. Most recently as CEO, Kevin completed the successful sale of Secure Software to Fortify Software, a Kleiner Perkins portfolio company.
Prior to joining Secure in 2003, Kevin was employed by Rational Software Corporation in a variety of roles including Managing Director - Rational Software Australia, Managing Director - Rational Asia Pacific, Vice President - Business Development and Vice President - Enterprise Programs. Kevin has a proven track record developing strong management teams, driving revenue growth while managing P/L, building lasting customer relationships and opening new markets.
Kevin is married with four children and resides in Potomac, Maryland.
