Requirements management and traceability have traditionally been handled one of two ways. Most project teams still use minimally structured MS Word and Excel files while some teams make use of very expensive and complex requirements point tools. Lighthouse requirements management is the better way for two main reasons.

First, it is right-sized to provide an easy-to-use, customizable requirements management solution that delivers the functionality the team needs but no more. Lighthouse requirements are stored in a structured format, enabling you to sort, search, filter and report on all sorts of data.

Second, requirements exist in one repository along with the rest of the project data and are automatically and constantly linked to all of the artifacts that relate to a given requirement.
